FMS 2015 (Tokyo, Japan, November 19th-21st 2015)体験記 (Writer:Mahunnop Fakkao (Mean))

Greeting, it has been a while since my last report. First of all, this conference is officially my very first international conference since I’ve joined Amezawa Laboratory. This time two of our lab members (Mr. Okamoto and me) were participated in this conference. We had a poster presentation. Mr. Okamoto was presented in title of “Influence of Cation Nonstoichiometry to Oxygen Nonstoichiometry in Mixed Ionic and Electronic Conducting Perovskite Oxides”. And I presented my research about “Effect of Mechanical Stress on Chemical Potential of Lithium in Cathode Materials for All-Solid-State Lithium-Ion Batteries”.

The poster session of this conference is very exciting because it was divided in to 4 sessions; poster introduction, and three poster sessions. In this regard, we can have an active discussion with many researchers and professors from several countries. During the poster session, many people kindly came to check my poster and gave in many invaluable comments.During this conference, I have learned many perspective of material science from both young researchers and their mentors. It make me realized that I still have much to learn.
In conclusion, it is a great opportunity to participate an international conference. If you are becoming a part of our group, this exciting event is waiting for you. :)

Best regards,
